Pre-Order

DETAILS, TERMS & CONDITIONS ON PRE-ORDER ITEMS

  • A pre-order is an order placed for an item that is currently in production and will ship once it is accepted into inventory. All pre-order sales are final and cannot be cancelled or transferred. 
  • The estimated time of arrival for all pre-orders to be accepted into inventory is 6-12 weeks after the preorder closes. Once inventory is received, we will have all pre-orders shipped within 2 business days. Please check our Facebook page for periodical updates on shipments. 
  • If a shipping address needs changed, please contact us immediately. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information.
  • The products displayed are mockups. Actual product may have slight color and/or sizing variation. 

**Orders with mixed Ready to Ship (RTS) products and Pre-Order products WILL NOT SHIP until the Pre-Order arrives. If you wish to receive RTS items upon ordering, separate transactions are required**
